Refund Policy
Any Video Converter has been upgraded to Version 9 on June 13, 2024, with a refreshed interface, a new layout, and more tools on the way. Version 7 or earlier is no longer receiving updates. If you previously purchased Any Video Converter, you can contact us to upgrade your license to V9 for free, without paying any upgrading fees.
The Free, Pro, and Ultimate editions have been combined into a single program (since V9.0.6) on December 19, 2024. You can start with the Free version and choose to upgrade to Pro or Ultimate by purchasing the corresponding license.
We want you to feel comfortable before upgrading. That is why we encourage you to try the Free version first and make sure it fits your needs. For paid plans, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for monthly and annual subscriptions, and a 30-day money-back guarantee for the permanent plan. Please note that refund requests need to fall within the applicable refund period and the conditions below.
When a Refund Usually Does Not Apply
To keep the policy fair for all users, the following situations are generally not eligible for a refund or exchange:
1. The product description or compatibility details were not reviewed before purchase.
2. The registration code was not received, but our support team was not contacted before requesting a refund.
3. The wrong product was purchased, but the correct replacement was bought from another company, or no exchange/refund request was submitted within the refund period.
4. The request is based on price differences between regions or vendors.
5. The purchase was made successfully, but the user later changed their mind.
6. A technical issue occurred, but the user did not provide the information needed for troubleshooting or declined to work with our support team.
7. The order has exceeded our maximum refund period.
8. AI Credit packs are non-refundable, including partially used or unused credits, due to the nature of digital assets.
When We Can Usually Help
We are happy to review refund or exchange requests in the following situations:
1. You accidentally purchased the same product that you already had; the duplicate can be refunded.
2. You purchase the wrong product, and then purchase the right one within the refund period; the wrong order can be refunded.
3. No registration code received after placing the order, and no response from the customer service within 24 hours.
4. The software purchased has technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days.
5. If you've canceled your auto-renewal before the renewal date, but your subscription has still been automatically renewed, please send us the cancellation screenshots for a full refund.
After a Refund Is Approved
Your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days, according to different payment method.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
