Q1. How to download and install the Mac version of Any Video Converter?

Q2. How to activate the Mac version of Any Video Converter Ultimate (Pro)?

Launching the program first, and then go to menu bar "Any Video Converter Ultimate (Pro) > Registration..." there will be a registration popup dialog. You may input the Registration Name and Code manually. Registration Name is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. Also, you can copy and paste the name and code into the registration popup dialog.

Q3. What if I lost the license code?

Please contact us at [email protected] to request your original license. And also provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as email address, user name, order receipt or confirmation, etc.

 

Q4. I paid but did not receive license code. Why?

Once you complete the online order, you were supposed to receive an email with the order information and license code.

If you do not receive confirmation email with license code, please check the spam folder to see if the auto-generated email is marked as spam.

If there is no confirmation email at all, then it must be blocked out by the filter of your email service provider. To retrieve your license code, please refer to the FAQ "What if I lost the license code?"

 

Q5. My license is invalid. What should I do?

There are three possibilities:

a. Your user name contains punctuation, symbols or special characters. For example, the character Ÿ, the symbol $, or the punctuation ', will not be recognized by the program. Since the program cannot identify some French, Greek, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese or Spanish characters.

However, if your license code is invalid due to this reason, please contact us ([email protected]) for a new code with the user name in English characters that you prefer.

b. Blank spaces are accidentally added.

Please mind that license information is case-sensitive, and do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. We really recommend you to copy and paste the Registration Name and Code into the registration popup dialog.

c. The license does not match the program.

Please note that we have several similar but different programs. Please match the license with the very program you use. For instance, you purchase Any Video Converter Ultimate, but accidentally download Any Video Converter Pro, which leads to the failure of registering the program. You shall download Any Video Converter Ultimate instead.

 

Q6. How many computers can Any Video Converter be used on?

We do not restrict the number of additional computers that you want to load onto.

 

Q7. Can the Mac version of Any Video Converter Ultimate or Pro convert CSS protected and Region locked DVDs?

YES. Any Video Converter Ultimate or Pro can rip copy protected and region locked DVDs, e.g., Transformers 2, Star Trek, District 9, Inglourious Basterds, G.I. Joe, The Proposal, Up, etc.

 

Q8. Can Any Video Converter Ultimate save parameters and does it have a function like "Batch Conversion"?

The answer is Yes. Click the left Profile Setting button on the video artwork, there will popup a dialog like the picture below. In the dialog, the "Customize" button could save your own parameters to further using; while "Apply to All" button is for batch conversion.

 

Q9. Am I entitled to a refund?

Considering our partners' policies, we allow 60-days to refund or exchange your product. Should it exceed more than 60 days, refund/exchange is no longer allowed.
